How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by destination. All times are in business days and are estimates only.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping is free on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Do I need to pay customs or import duties?

Orders shipped within the United Kingdom are not subject to customs duties. For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order if you are unsure.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. For a faster update, message us on WhatsApp.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction. This exceeds the 14-day minimum required under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us before initiating a return.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning an item due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost in full. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before sending any return so we can provide the correct instructions.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

How do I request a refund?

Contact us at support@themakeupart.com or via WhatsApp with your order number. For the fastest resolution, WhatsApp is recommended.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or at support@themakeupart.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will resolve this promptly.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or at support@themakeupart.com for the fastest response.

How do I use my discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout in the designated field before completing your purchase. Only one code can be applied per order.
